  1. Price quoted is for dealer. Dealer will provide support and integration service to end user.
  2. Price is inclusive delivery to whole of Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
  3. For Type E-L or Type D — price DOES NOT include SMS Gateway Development Kit, technical support on system integration or software development and training on the use of AT commands.
  4. DDNS account: free for 1st year (applicable to Type S-L).
  5. Warranty: 12 months. Does not cover USB/Serial cable, antenna, power adapter, damaged caused by power surge.
  6. During the warranty period if modem is being repaired, we will supply a back-up unit to you (own collection and depends on availability).
  7. During the warranty period, support is provided via e-mail. Response time is within 3 working days.
  8. Payment method:-
    • Cash/Cheque on delivery (for Klang Valley only); or
    • Bank-in before delivery (Outside of Klang Valley); or
    • Paypal / credit card, there will be a 5% surcharge.
